Welcome! I’m thrilled you’re here! I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and a proud dual U.S./Canadian citizen, with exciting additional training as a Registered Play Therapist (RPT), Synergetic Play Therapist (SPT) and Sand Therapist (RST).

 

Before launching my private practice, I gained invaluable experience working in a children's residential facility and community counseling agencies, plus 17 amazing years as an elementary school teacher! This journey has equipped me with a unique connection to children, and I absolutely love working with adults, teens, and parents as well.
